Billing & Payment

Weekly Services

Your credit card will be charged each Friday for the services scheduled during that Mon-Fri (Sat - Fri if weekend services)

One-Time Services

Payment for non-recurring services such as vacation pet sitting will be charged to your credit card on the day service is scheduled to begin.

Deposits

For sleepover services such a in-home overnight pet sitting and doggie homeboarding a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time we confirm your reservation.

Cancellations

Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

If you need to modify or cancel your dog walking or pet sitting services please click here to contact us by phone or email. Any services cancelled the same day or after 7pm the previous day will be billed in full.

Overnight Pet Sitting

Due to limited availability we charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for all in-home overnight pet sitting and doggie homeboarding reservations. If you cancel your reservation the deposit is forfeited.
